Current annual production of approximately 5 tonnes certified organic Russian garlic that is dried in our humidity controlled drying rooms to ensure you get the highest quality garlic that stays fresh for longer. Our Russian garlic has a mild, sweet flavour. Each bulb usually features four to six golden brown/white cloves that may be as big, in some cases, as one whole bulb of typical garlic. Cloves are large, easy to peel and highly versatile.
